Set The Print Area So Only The Selected Cells Will Print. To set more than one print area hold down the ctrl key and select the areas you want to print. Then choose file print or select the printer icon in the menu bar or press ctrl p.
To set multiple print areas hold down the ctrl key and click the areas you want to print. In the page layout ribbon tab in the page setup ribbon group you clicked the print area button. Use your mouse to select the cells that you want to print.
Each print area prints on its own page.
