The antigen for which the sample must be analyzed is adhered to the wells of the microtiter plate. Method coat microtiter plate wells with 100 µl of the antigen solution at a concentration of between 1 10 µg ml in coating. Wrap coated plates in plastic wrap to seal and incubate for 2 hr at 370c in an incubator.
